At Enjoiner, we don’t just create body care—we create experiences. Each product is part of a limited-edition release, artfully crafted with intention and care. Because of the exclusive and intimate nature of our offerings, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
No Returns or Refunds
We do NOT accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances, including:

Reactions due to skin sensitivity
We ask that you shop with intention. Each item is described in detail on our website to help you make an informed decision.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at service@enjoiner.net with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and may offer a replacement at our discretion.
Please note:

We do not offer replacements for products damaged due to improper storage (extreme heat, etc.).

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping Policy
Shipping Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within:

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs.
To help protect your order, we:

Ship Monday through Wednesday only

Include thermal insulation and ice packs in heat-sensitive shipments (during high-temp weeks)
At Enjoiner, every order is prepared with care and intention. We are not a fast-beauty brand—we’re a slow burn, a ritual, a statement. Please allow us the time to deliver your products with the quality and attention they deserve.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During collection launches or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended due to higher order volumes.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a separate email with tracking information once your order ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package leaves our studio and is in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost items, or errors on the part of the shipping provider. However, we’re always happy to help you resolve issues—just reach out to us at service@enjoiner.net
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
